Welcome to our AB3 Delivery service for parcel delivery (“the service”). By using the service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), which govern your use of the service and the services we provide.

General Terms

• The service is owned and operated by AB3 Delivery.
• By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice to you.

Parcel Delivery Services

• The service enables users to automatically generate shipping labels via potentially an unlimited number of service providers and logistics companies.
• The service aggregates different logistics companies and offers parcel delivery services such as parcel locker, courier and other similar services.
• The user agrees that the recipient has given prior consent to receive the parcel.

User Conduct

• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the service.
• Users must not use the service for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service or interfere with any other user’s use of the service.
• Users must not use the service to send or receive any illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive material.

AB3 Delivery user must not use the application to send:

• Illegal drugs and narcotics
• Explosives
• Flammable liquids and gases
• Firearms and ammunition
• Live animals
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous or toxic materials
• Counterfeit or pirated goods
• Obscene or offensive materials
• Currency or monetary instruments above a certain value (depending on the jurisdiction)

Fees and Payments

• The user agrees to pay all fees associated with the use of the service.
• Fees may vary depending on the subscription package you are using.
• Payment for the services is collected automatically by Wix service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

• The service and the services provided through the service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
• We do not warrant that the service or the services provided through the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any information or content provided through the service.

Limitation of Liability

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the service or the services provided.
• We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of any third-party service providers or logistics companies.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AB3 Delivery Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service or the services provided through the service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws, and disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the service provider’s domicile. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the service provider’s domicile.
